Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots Visit White House Without Brady

New England Patriots player Alan Branch said he chose not to visit the White House Wednesday because of President Donald Trump's past sexist remarks that were caught on an Access Hollywood video.

Seems pretty clear which president the squad admires and respects more, right? The picture with Trump showed both staircases empty while the 2015 photo with Obama appeared seemingly packed with players. "In 2017, they were seated on the South Lawn", the team wrote in the reply.

Of course, Trump himself also blasted the New York Times.

The Patriots twitter account later posted a photo that gave a fairer representation.

The team gave Mr. Trump a Super Bowl 51 helmet and a New England Patriots' jersey with "Trump" and "45" printed on the back, a nod to the fact that he's the 45th president of the United States.

The Times clarified later Wednesday that the Patriots said fewer players had attended the White House event in 2017 but that the size of the delegations were roughly the same. The earlier photo shows about 120 people, including players and staff, standing behind former President Barack Obama.

Elon Musk's Tesla recalls more than 50000 cars over faulty electronic brakes
If the gear breaks, the parking brake could get stuck in place. The recall was first reported yesterday by CNBC. That recall was announced a year ago.

On the day of the New England Patriots' White House visit to celebrate their Super Bowl win, Gisele chose to post a message that made her political stance quite clear.

The Patriots are the first major sports champions to have the opportunity to visit Trump's White House.

The White House said it was notified that Brady was dealing with a "personal family matter" and will not attend the ceremony. "Today, we had 34".

A separate Times news story reported that "two dozen or more other players", including Tom Brady, didn't attend the White House ceremony.

According to the team, the comparison photo suggests a significantly smaller turnout for Trump's celebration.

Every year it's tradition for the Super Bowl champions (the National Football League winners) to spend a day at the White House, chilling with the President, taking selfies, getting a tour etc etc.
