Arsenal beats Southampton 2-0, climbs into 5th in EPL

Ozil My future? Top four is all that matters

Both sides will be happy to be on their summer holidays after the last couple of games are concluded in England's top league.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has praised his team saying they were full value for their 2-0 win at Southampton that kept their Premier League top-four hopes alive. They beat the mid-table teams, and a second-string Manchester United, but were comfortably beaten by Tottenham.

All Arsenal can do is keep winning and with four victories in their last five league matches they are enjoying their usual strong finish to the season.

Arsenal's Champions League push is back on after two solid performances and wins against Manchester United and Southampton, but the Gunners' do face a run of hard games against Sunderland, Everton and this weekend against the Potters - who they have struggled with in the past.

"Maybe the FA Cup semi-final win against Manchester City gave us confidence but we can't get ahead of ourselves and go too quickly".

Arsene Wenger on Alexis Sanchez and his cool finish: "The goal he scored tonight shows what he's about: very good technique in a short space".

Making his 100th Premier League appearance, Sanchez celebrated his fine strike by tapping the badge on his chest in front of the travelling fans as his, and Ozil's, futures remain shrouded in doubt as their contracts wind down.

It seems that every year the "Race for 4th" in the Premier League goes down to the wire with a number of teams battling it out to secure Champions League football for the following season.

So, if this delay continues and if the AirPods are indeed bundled in the box, it will negatively impact the shipment of iPhone 8. We should expect Apple to do its usual iPhone reveal event in September before all three new models go on sale in October.

"It was interesting for many moments, but it's important to score".

"It's hard at the moment for me to choose between (Danny) Welbeck and Giroud", said Wenger. But on Sunday we had a big win against United and now at Southampton, where historically we haven't done that well in the league.

Wenger is likely to be without Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at Stoke after he left the field in the first half with a hamstring problem.

"I wish we found that before", he said of Arsenal's recent revival.

"All the games the same thing... we saw our games since the beginning of the season, many games where we've had the same feeling".

"It's often the same result against the big six, we can not find the good win against one of these teams", he said.

The Chilean worldwide became the first Arsenal player to score 20 EPL goals in one season since Robin van Persië posted 30 goals in 2011-12.
