Police release sketch of suspect in 2 killings

New Evidence To Be Released In Delphi Murder Investigation

The hat the man is wearing in the sketch may not be accurate.

Kim Riley confirmed to NBC affiliate WTHR that new evidence would be released in the deaths of 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams.

"Abby" Williams, 13, and Liberty Rose Lynn "Libby" German, 14, were found in woods along a trail in Delphi in mid-February.

Authorities say the composite is a result of numerous tips and shows a man with reddish brown hair, between 5 feet 6 inches tall and 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing between 180 and 220 pounds, WISH TV reported.

Investigators released two grainy images in late February of a man they consider the main suspect in the killings walking along an old railroad bridge the girls had visited while hiking.

"It will give people a clearer image of who we are looking for", Riley said.

A northern IN sheriff says a newly-released sketch of a man considered the main suspect IN the February killings of two girls was drawn by an Federal Bureau of Investigation sketch artist based on information from someone who saw the suspect.

Breakthrough: The Indiana State Police on Monday released the composite sketch on the left showing the main suspect in the killings of two teenage girls.

If you have any information regarding the investigation, police are encouraging you to call the tip line at 844-459-5786.

Their bodies were found the next day. The words "down the hill" are heard.

The reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction is upwards of $230,000.

Riley said investigators believe the man captured in the photos killed both girls.

Investigators have recovered other video from the phone, but said they are not ready to release it.
