It's believed that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is going to feature a bezel-less 6.2 inch 2960×1440 pixel resolution display and the Snapdragon 836 processor from Qualcomm. Ahead of the chipset, the Mi Mix 2 is rumored to come up with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.One highlighted feature spotted in leaks is the 3D facial Recognition. It will also work just fine on the Mi Mix 2.

Xiaomi also released a couple of teaser images for the Mi Mix 2, which are hilariously depicting the phone as being almost invisible when turning on the camera. This phone is expected to come in the 6GB RAM variant.

But what can we expect in the successor to the Xiaomi Mi Mix?

While Xiaomi has officially confirmed the release date for the Mi Mix 2, nothing else is now confirmed about the smartphone. LG and Samsung have unveiled devices with minimal bezels, running with the Mi Mix's design lead, so naturally there's plenty of anticipation over what Xiaomi has up its sleeve for the follow-up model. In such a scenario, Mi Mix 2 with Snapdragon 835 is the most likely option. Of course, none of this information was confirmed by the company. When September 11 comes, we will know exactly how Xiaomi have made the most of the space on the smartphone. There will reportedly be two options for in-built storage: 128GB and 256GB. The new leak also reveals the camera details of the Mi Mix 2. The rear camera has designed with a 20MP. The front camera will surely let you click astounding selfies with your friends and family, letting you enjoy your every second of life and relishing it. Note that this may happen before Apple unveils the new iPhone so this could be exciting, at least, for the industry watchers who believe Xiaomi can rival Apple.

Other expected specifications include 6 GB of RAM and a sizeable 4,400 or 4,500 mAh battery.
