First Mother? Ivana Trump raises the possibility of her daughter Ivanka's presidency

President Donald Trump's first wife, Ivana Trump, called herself "first lady" in a Monday interview with CBS ahead of the release of her memoir. She goes on to say that while she has no desire to be First Lady, the idea of being First Mother tickles her fancy.

The current and only first lady fired back via a sharply-worded statement to CNN from her communications director, Stephanie Grisham.

Her youngsters likewise contribute sections to the book, and Ivana Trump muses that her previous spouse may not be the main Trump to call the White House home.

Ivana said she has no interest in being first lady of the United States, but would love to be "First Mother". "Unfortunately only attention seeking and self-serving noise". She and Donald divorced in 1992 after his affair with Marla Maples came to light.

Ivana, who split with Trump a quarter-century ago, also said she was "very proud" of how their three children together - Donald Jr., Eric and Ivanka - handled themselves during their father's presidential campaign "because they were articulate, intelligent". "I love my husband.' It was unladylike but I was in shock", she writes.

"Well, she's - I don't - talk about her", Ivana Trump said of Maples, refusing to even call her by her name.

'So I'm not sure if she was.

Pressed on whether she agreed with the President's policy on ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, she said, "I really don't know, I would not send (away) probably thousands and thousands of kids which were born here".

Melania Trump, 47, has been mocked by internet users after eagle-eyed people noticed the First Lady had been making a serious fashion mistake. I like to do what I want to do, go wherever I want to go with whomever I want to go.

"I think for her to be in Washington must be bad", the former model, who married Trump back in 1977, added. I have a ideal life, ' she said.

Defending the practice, which has gotten the president in hot water when he lashed out at members of his own administration or "Rocket Man" King Jong-un of North Korea, she said: 'Well, it's a tweeting president. She's going beyond cyberbullying, which she'd identified during the presidential campaign as an issue that she would tackle if her husband became president but on which she has yet to announce any formal plan of action.
