Kate Middleton Makes First Appearance Since Pregnancy Announcement

Kate Middleton Increasingly Concerned About Prince William's Dad Bod

Vanity Fair quoted a palace aide as saying: "The Duchess's condition is improving but she is still suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum".

Today, Kate attended a reception in honor of World Mental Health Day with William and Prince Harry at Buckingham Palace. In the first few months, the Duchess had to retire from her royal functions because she was too ill to be able to fulfill her commitments.

The royal mom walked into The White Drawing Room with William and Harry in a pretty blue Temperley London dress, which showed off a hint of a baby bump.

Kate Middleton appeared Tuesday for the first time since it was announced that she was pregnant with her third child.

If Kate Middleton is absent since the announcement of her pregnancy, her return has recently been announced.

Kensington Palace shared a photo on Twitter of the trio at a reception "to celebrate those working in the mental health sector". "Writer and passionate mental health campaigner Stephen Fry made a speech, and praised the young royals" attitude to mental health, describing Heads Together as an "incredible achievement". "All three of us have seen that mental health is at the heart of so numerous issues we are passionate about".

The Duchess has not been seen in public since 30 August, when she joined William and Harry at an event to mark the 20th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana.

Normal morning sickness affects about 70% of pregnant women and causes some degree of vomiting and discomfort normally in the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy, but those suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum can be constantly sick throughout the day. The condition forced Kate to be admitted to hospital in the early months of her pregnancy with George.

This is one of the causes that the Duchess of Cambridge puts her heart and soul into, which makes it all the more special that it will be the first event during her pregnancy with the third royal baby to be that she gets to attend.
