The Weeknd and Selena Gomez split

Selena Gomez update

As Selena Gomez has reportedly split from The Weeknd, it seems the pop-star has rekindled a friendship with former on-and-off again boyfriend Justin Bieber. Turns out, the answer isn't a simple "yes" or "no".

'The ball is in Selena's court right now, ' the source said. Selena can easily date any guy she wants in the celebrity world, yet she'll always end up going back to Justin. This situation is a heartstring type of thing.

Per a second source, Bieber has been texting Gomez "non-stop", even before her breakup with The Weeknd was official.

"It's been hard with him being on tour and her shooting in NY".

Earlier this year, Gomez had revealed that the reason she quietly stepped back from her career was because she was recovering from a kidney transplant.

Meanwhile, Selena took time out on her bike ride Monday to stop and greet some young fans. He had such a big piece of her heart and was such a huge part of her life for so long.

A source previously told editors at E!

On the same day that photos of Justin and Selena began circulating, US Weekly reported that Selena and The Weeknd had split after nearly 10 months together. People also reports that "Justin is aware Selena's family is not thrilled they are hanging out". At first, the Weeknd was like "this is fine, what deviant undertakings can possible occur in the House of God", but apparently he's since rethought his stance.

Prior to dating Selena, The Weeknd was involved in a 18-month relationship with model Bella Hadid. Gomez is focusing on her health, a third source told Us Weekly. She also has no sympathy for him.

Washington D.C [USA], October 31: Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are officially over! Bella isn't mean spirited, but she isn't exactly shedding a tear that they split either.
