Special Counsel Mueller has enough evidence to charge Flynn, son

Mueller has allegedly collected enough evidence as part of the probe into Russia's meddling in the 2016 presidential election to file charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn and his son, according to NBC News.

According to NBC News, investigators reportedly plan to interview multiple witnesses who may be able to shed some light on Flynn's earlier lobbying work, whether he was ever involved in money laundering, and whether he ever lied to or misled federal investigators regarding his overseas contacts.

Three sources are telling NBC News that Mueller is "applying renewed pressure on Flynn" following the indictment of Paul Manafort. Mueller might be using charges against Flynn's son, Michael G. Flynn, as leverage for the elder Flynn to cooperate. Please be fully informed regarding the risks and costs associated with trading the financial markets, it is one of the riskiest investment forms possible. Both are facing a 12-count indictment for conspiracy against the United States, laundering money, and acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign principal.

Mueller is reportedly looking into whether Flynn tried to extradite a chief rival of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan from the US back to Turkey in exchange for millions of dollars.

It seems some in Washington weren't surprised by reports signaling Trump's former national security adviser may be the next person to face charges in Mueller's prove.

Stephen Parry resigns after confirmation of United Kingdom citizenship
Joyce has since relinquished his New Zealand citizenship and will re-contest his seat at a December 2 by-election. Senator Parry thanked his colleagues for their support and confidence.

Flynn and his son could be indicted at the same time, or separately.

A former senior law enforcement official said that in the weeks after Trump's inauguration the Federal Bureau of Investigation was asked to conduct a new review of Turkey's 2016 request to extradite Fethullah Gulen, an elderly Muslim cleric living in the USA whom President Erdogan blames for orchestrating a coup to overthrow him.

Mr Flynn has undertaken paid work as a lobbyist on behalf of the Turkish government.

The investigation also led to charges against Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.
