Lorenzen Wright's Ex-Wife Arrested In Connection With His Death

[3.] between April 1, 2010, and July 17, 2010, attempted to unlawfully, intentionally and with premeditation kill Lorenzen Wright, acquired firearms to commit the act, recruited an unindicted co-conspirator to help them and, on the part of Turner, travelled to Lorenzen Wright's home outside of Atlanta to commit the offense. "He played basketball in this city, came back to play professional basketball in this city and he lost his life in this city".

Wright's badly decomposed body was found in a wooded area in Memphis on July 28, 2010, 10 days after he had last been seen. Wright was shot and killed in his hometown of Memphis, and prior to the December 5 arrest of a man named Billy Turner, it seemed like the investigation had gone cold. Deborah Marion, Wright's mother, told the Commercial Appeal that she believes Wright-Robinson killed her son over the insurance policy.

Wright-Robinson and Turner attended the same church, where he was a deacon.

Sherra Wright-Robinson was arrested in California more than seven years after her husband's body was found decomposing in a Tennessee suburb.

Deputy Michael Vasquez, a Sheriff's Department spokesman, said he did not know what charge Wright faces. And then thirdly, I'm an author. "They need to bury her". And the 2015 Sports Illustrated-Fox Sports 1 joint investigation into Wright's murder had plenty to say about Sherra, including that Wright's assistant turned audio recordings of Sherra threatening him over to police. "The law enforcement should do what's best to find who's the killer".

Relatives of slain former National Basketball Association player Lorenzen Wright pray during a candlelight vigil in his honor on Thursday, July 28, 2011 in Memphis, Tenn.

Wright-Robinson also said she was "90 percent done" with a sequel to "Mr. Tell Me Anything".

It's not clear if there's a tie between Wright's ex-wife and the landscaper.

As for Wright's mother, she couldn't have been more thrilled to hear the news. Marion said Friday after receiving word that her former daughter-in-law had been arrested.
