Jurgen Klopp sends message to Liverpool FC stars ahead of Huddersfield trip

Liverpool West Brom FA Cup

Liverpool spent a world record fee for a defender to bring Virgil van Dijk to the club at the beginning of the month and are once again flush after Philippe Coutinho's £142m move to Barcelona.

Having started two games the 28-year-old missed Saturday's 3-2 FA Cup fourth round defeat against West Brom with what Jurgen Klopp described as a "little tear" in a leg muscle. "It's about using our own opportunities, tools, players, tactics, all that stuff".

The England worldwide sat out the FA Cup defeat to West Brom at the weekend and there have been reports recently suggesting he could be facing up to six week on the sidelines.

"It was only a few days ago we were here talking about Manchester City, one of the best football games we were a part of". It doesn't say anything about the performances, only the results.

The solution is not out there in the transfer market on this moment. There is not something out there for us to get because we think first of all we have to use our players'.

Klopp's men will be desperate to bounce back from their defeat to West Brom with victory over Huddersfield in the Premier League on Tuesday at the John Smith's Stadium.

It will be a relief for Liverpool that Lallana's injury isn't serious but he'll still be a big miss against Huddersfield tomorrow night so Klopp will be hoping he manages to recover in time to face Spurs. In the long term we will do a lot, but in the short term I don't think it will happen.

"[Henderson] did really well when he came on, like Millie did", said Klopp. He is not a good enough manager for Liverpool.

"Saying okay guys, I know we said that but is there a possibility".

"Very important", enthused Klopp when asked about the role Henderson plays in the side.
