Does AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Have a Totally Unexpected Cameo? Possible Spoilers

Mickey Rourke Iron Man 2

Avengers: Infinity War premieres in only a handful of weeks and we've been getting plenty of Spider-Man (Tom Holland) in the trailers and promotional art. It took just 72 hours for those fans to create new advance ticket sales records for superhero movies at AMC Theatres® (NYSE:AMC). As the world waits, more scoop is coming our way from Joe Russo, one half of the director duo of Russo Brothers has revealed details on the upcoming, highly anticipated film to Fandango. "(We) tell a story that [audiences] weren't expecting, and the story is told from the point of view of a villain, which I think is also really unique and risky for a commercial film that will surprise the audience", Russo said in the interview. As it stands, the only superhero film that has ever taken in more money is the first "Avengers" movie (2012), but that film's $623 million haul is well within striking distance in the next week or two.

While that isn't too specific, it is worrying now that fans have started speculating that Thor's death scene might actually be in the latest "Avengers" trailer, released Friday (and seen above).

Avengers: Infinity War will be released on April 27.

Sam Rockwell Iron Man 2

An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios' "Avengers: Infinity War" brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. Think of any character from any Marvel film you've seen in the last decade, chances are he or she is in this film; unless they are dead, of course.

Everyone in the roster of superheroes in "Avengers: Infinity War" is in danger of being a casualty in Thanos' conquest. However, Hemsworth sounded like he was preparing for the end when he spoke to Vanity Fair in the fall. And this time it's the biggest star of them all - Iron Man Robert Downey Jr - leading the charge.
