Sony Uploads Entire Khali The Killer Film Instead of Trailer to Youtube

On Tuesday morning, a video appeared on Sony's official YouTube channel that promoted a red-band trailer for writer-director Jon Matthews' film.

Earlier today, 2017 picture Khali the Killer was shared on Sony Pictures Entertainment's official YouTube page, before being taken down. At times, we have complained about studios revealing too much a film's plot before it releases.

While the action thriller fans have always been complaining about the trailers ruining a movie's whole theme, Sony Pictures have taken things to a whole new level by uploading an entire movie to spoil the amusements. Sony has taken down the movie now but it remained on YouTube for hours before Sony realized the mistake.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the production house uploaded the 90-minute movie on July 3 on its YouTube channel. It can be believed that the release was a marketing ploy but on the other hand it seems quite risky to avail such a hard work for around eight hours. If you're interested in checking the film out and missed the unintended free screening on YouTube, you can rent Khali the Killer in iTunes, Vudu, and Amazon's Prime Video.

The movie in question was "Khali the Killer" - a low-budget film about a hitman from Los Angeles and starring Richard Cabral ("Lethal Weapon"), Ryan Dorsey ("Pitch"), and Corina Calderon ("Suicide Squad").

The movie was released on DVD past year.

However, he previously cold-hearted killer starts to develop empathy for the targets of his final hit, and he is forced into making the hardest decision of his life.
