The Samsung Galaxy S10 Will Go Ultrasonic

Galaxy Note 9 official press render leaked

The internet has been buzzing over the Galaxy Note 9 for months now, but Samsung's upcoming Unpacked event may have a few more hardware surprises in store. It is scheduled to hold an event on August 9 to announce the Note 9.

In 2017, Samsung grappled with a major battery flaw in its Galaxy Note 7 phones that caused them to overheat and in some cases catch fire, forcing the firm to ultimately recall the device. As reported earlier, this time the S Pen is said to come with Bluetooth support and it will also enable users to control music and function as a self-timer. The differences between these two Note series devices are placement of the fingerprint scanner, and the design of the S Pen. We can see a dual rear camera setup and a rear fingerprint reader, the latter of which is in a new location compared to the Note 8.

As the official launch date of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 approaches, the number of leaks and reports with additional details is gradually increasing on the internet.

Do you think Samsung should make an affordable Galaxy S10 for the masses?

In addition to the fresh render leaked by Blass, the first hands-on images of the Galaxy Note 9 have been spotted on SlashLeaks.

While the device is entirely blue, the S-Pen spotted with it comes in a blue and gold colour pattern. The larger models will have a fingerprint-on-display (FOD) scanner so you can touch the display to unlock the device.

Here's a render of the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) and the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) side by side.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 price has leaked ahead of the device's official unveiling on August 9, along with the best look at the next Samsung phone that has been revealed so far.
