He added that the scale of Lee's imagination was only exceeded by the size of his heart.

Roy called Stan "one of the most important mythmakers of the 20th century". Lee's characters have brought much joy and inspiration to people all over the world.

Stan Lee scripted, art-directed, and edited most of the comic book series at Marvel Comics throughout the 1960s.
