Apple Card Credit Card Might Be Your Financial Savior

Apple made groundbreaking announcements at its latest event

But, we can all agree that we have at least a bit more faith in Tim Cook.

Some observers believe that since Apple is trying to stand out among other Silicon Valley companies, it also intends to oppose Bitcoin by offering this card to its customers and rival BTC in the privacy area.

The card is notably built into the iPhone's Apple Wallet app, and customers also have the option to get a physical titanium card for transactions with merchants that don't yet accept digital payments.

Apple has recently introduced Apple Card, a MasterCard-branded, minimalist designed titanium credit card without a number on the card itself as a way to improve security in case a customer loses it.

If you lose your card you can freeze it instantly through the app, and you can make instant payments to friends. The company says the new choices can be bought individually on demand, much like how its iTunes service works. But the real game changer here is the "Daily Cash" feature. But they'll earn cash back on their purchases - 3 percent on Apple purchases, 2 percent on those with the virtual card and 1 percent with the physical card.

But, why the sudden push?

Apple Pay now represents less than 2% of volume on major networks like Visa and Mastercard, according to Harshita Rawat, an analyst at Sanford C Bernstein & Co. The card is meant for Apple users, so if you aren't, it's probably not for you. Its goal is to provide interest rates that are among the lowest in the industry.

Jennifer Bailey, VP of Apple Pay: "So when you're buying your morning coffee, shopping for groceries, and any time you pay using Apple Card, you get Daily Cash". Numerous benefits offered by Apple Card are available with Monzo - categorisation of your spending, instant transaction details, notifications on your phone when the physical card is used and so on. Similar to other credit cards, there are payment plans available.

Apple does not yet offer a discounted bundle of other companies' streaming services.

Patriots will open 2019 season on Sept
The Browns, Cowboys, and Chiefs are good candidates to be the Patriots' opponent in Week 1, but that's just guesswork. It will be known when the full schedule is released later in the spring.

The card also offers a number of new security and money-management features. Press that, it'll go through a quick process, and the physical card will be activated.

Large banks such as JPMorgan Chase & Co and Bank of America have pledged to introduce more so-called contactless cards in the United States, prompting larger merchants and transit systems around the U.S. to accept them. If your phone is stolen or lost, they can't access the card without your fingerprint or well, face.

You may get fraud alerts with your current credit cards, but the Apple Card takes this one step further - if you see an unfamiliar charge, integration with Maps will help refresh your memory as to whether you made the charge (or not). The company is also partnering with Goldman Sachs and Mastercard to provide the support of an issuing bank and global payments network.

I'm sure you're asking yourself, "Will Apple have access to my data?"

The service is expected to launch in mid 2019.

And not just the credit card market.

Apple (AAPL) announced its long-awaited streaming initiative, Apple TV+, at an event in Cupertino, California, on March 25.

Not many years ago, Apple quietly released its TV app, previously called Videos, but many users weren't convinced by it.

The service, which will launch initially in the USA, will be magazine-focused, giving consumers access to over 300 titles through a single subscription. Apple Arcade games will be great for families, respect user privacy and will not have ads or require any additional purchases. Phil Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, said, "The App Store is the world's biggest and most successful game platform".
