Video released of man shoved off bus in Vegas murder case

An American woman faces a murder charge after pushing an elderly man off a bus in Las Vegas.

The footage, which doesn't contain audio, shows Cadesha Bishop, 25, visibly arguing with 74-year-old Serge Fournier on a bus in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Bishop had allegedly been swearing at other commuters before Fournier confronted her.

Las Vegas police say the attack followed an argument aboard the bus between Bishop and other passengers, KTNV reported.

In the video, a suspect is seen pushing Fournier with both hands down the front steps of the bus.

The victim initially refused medical treatment at the scene, but later drove himself to the hospital, according to police.

"Detectives would like to speak anyone present during this incident on March 21, 2019", they said on Twitter.

Bishop was previously convicted twice in 2012 and 2013 of domestic violence misdemeanors.

Clark County coroner ruled his death was a homicide resulting from his injuries on April 23.

Authorities arrested 25-year-old Cadesha Michelle Bishop on May 6.

"No matter what his age, she should not have done that".

Police found and arrested Bishop three days later. She has been charged with murder and remains jailed on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing of evidence May 21. He tells us he will never forget his friend. According to Clark County court records, a public defender was assigned to Bishop's case.
