Many in the music industry is coming to Taylor Swift's defense after she called out super-manager Scooter Braun for allegedly "bullying" her by snatching up the rights to her catalog.

In an open letter posted to her Tumblr, Swift said she was "sad and grossed out" by the sale, claiming that Braun bullied her by working with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to make her look like the villain in the wake of the controversy surrounding Kanye's "Famous" lyrics and subsequent music video, which features a naked model of Swift.

Former Big Machine Records boss Scott Borchetta has disputed her account and insisted she was offered a new record deal which would have given her back all her 'assets, ' including the master recordings.

"Some fun facts about today's news: I learned about Scooter Braun's purchase of my masters as it was announced to the world".

Last November Swift switched labels and signed with Universal Music Group in an effort to own her music moving forward, according to The Associated Press.

"Scooter has stripped me of my life's work, that I wasn't given an opportunity to buy", Swift wrote in the lengthy post.

Braun's wife, Yael Cohen Braun, claimed on Instagram that Swift did have the chance to buy her own masters but had "passed" on the opportunity.

Justin Bieber continues to be trash, putting an "apology" in the beginning if a post that turns into scolding Taylor Swift and siding with her bully.

Drawing a line on the US census
Q: What criteria are used for redistricting? He continued: "This week marks the sixth Anniversary of the Supreme Court's Shelby v. Prior to Justice Brett Kavanaugh's appointment to the Supreme Court , Justice Anthony Kennedy was the swing vote on this issue.

Taylor and I then talked through the deal together.

Taylor Swift's spokesperson also tells People that Scott Swift "did not participate in [the shareholder calls] due to a very strict NDA that bound all shareholders and prohibited any discussion at all without risk of severe penalty".

"Don't blame [Scooter] because Kim caught you in a lie, it's embarrassing I know- but adults own up to their mistakes", she continued.

As Fox News notes, Swift's accusation against Kardashian is a reference to her "infamous recording of Swift and West's "snippet" of a phone call in which [Swift] appeared to give her blessing to the lyrics to his song 'Famous.'" After Swift publicly denied giving West permission to use her name in the song, Kardashian posted the "snippet" on Snapchat. To deny you the option to own your blood, sweat and tears, especially as a young women who shared growing up in front of the world, is heartbreaking! XO!

CNN has reached out to Braun for comment.

The singer rounded the post off by writing: "Neither Scooter or I have anything negative to say about you we truly want the best for you". Over this photo, Taylor Swift added the explanation, "This is Scooter Braun, bullying me on social media when I was at my lowest point. You deserve to own the art you make".

"I believe he is homophobic and I know from his own mouth that he is not a Swift fan", he wrote in the early hours of Monday morning (July 1).

The online missive from Swift concerned the ownership of her master recordings - including all six of her multi-platinum albums - which are controlled by Nashville-based record company Big Machine. It's not the dark ages - artists shouldn't be held down, and I couldn't be prouder of my friend for standing up for what's right. Never in a million years though did she imagine it would end up in the hands of a man who has tried several times to destroy her legacy. "Anyway, One thing i know is both scooter and i love you".
